If i could rate this a 0 I would Worst experience Ive ever had in this store first of all I go in no one welcomes me I sit by the chair that was next the the phone for maybe 20 minutes looked straight at the sprint employee and he saw me too, another guy comes in they all welcomed him but didnt acknowledge I was their & needed help and the store manager attended him first so I told her I came in before he did. Explained my situation that basically an employee named Robert falandysz didnt know how to explains things when I traded my phone for a store credit lied about the whole thing and my credit was worth $45 which he said "you will be given a $115 store credit" that I used to buy a speaker for $130 which I thought I would just be paying $15 after he credit. the store manager wasnt even understand that her employee lied to a customer gave wrong information, i couldnt even return my speaker which I still have in a box with a receipt that is only 1 month old. Id give this place zero stars if it was an option. Theres no order in the store - I had no clue where to go and nobody asked me if I needed help. Once I did get someone to help me it took forever. The part I needed replaced wasnt available so my only option was to switch to a more restrictive plan. On top of that, I was automatically signed up for ebills which I didnt want nor did anyone ask if I wanted that. Aside from this crappy store, the corporations customer service is absolute garbage. I called to cancel my old account (since I had to switch to a new one at the store) and they kept trying to "save me" as a customer. I repeatedly denied keeping a second account that I wasnt able to use and then I had to wait for a supervisor to call me back to confirm my account cancellation. What shouldve taken a few minutes took several months. This company is absolutely worthless and Ill be canceling asap.

The manager in this store is a liar. Never in my life have I had a problem here. She told me three weeks ago she would replace a phone and now says she would not and said she never did that even after she brought the phone out to me and opened it to make sure the color was correct. Now state she never did that then called me a liar and when I raised my voice she called the cops. No she was wrong three weeks ago and wrong today. The only liar is her. Stay away from this store.

Waited for over 30 minutes in line to be helped and, once someone finally started helping me, they sat me down only to have me wait for another 35 minutes now. Ive been here for over an hour and I am still here. Im simply writing this review to pass the time while I wait for them to bring me the phone that I wish Id left without. I would highly recommend choosing a different sprint location.

Shaun should consider working for a different company. He is way too good for Sprint. Nothing but problems, since I switched over. Service is horrible. Supposedly my phone was defective, so I upgraded. Now whats the excuse? My phone number is corrupt. Lol. Ive had the same number for 10 years, but ok

worst store ever! I called to check if my replacement phone was in and they forgot I was on hold and I was on hold the first time over 10mins! then I had to call back and was put on hold again, all I wanted was to check If it came in thats all.. stay far away! maybe even switch phone companies !!

Staff is friendly and very helpful, people walk into these store thinking they can get everything fix by yelling or screaming , I have had sprint for years and this is my favorite store always do the best they can

The store and the service is great but the corporation is horrible, rude and I totally regret signing a 2 year contract with them. U even have to pay 150 dollars just to be allowed to up grade early.

Great...helpful and easy...made buying the newest phone (note 4) incredibly easy...being as tho I didnt preorder it AND got the exact color I wanted PLUS an otterbox case...GO SPRINT!!
