Horrible experience at this UPS Store. I shipped my passport out for a travel visa. The clerk typed the wrong address and it never made it. It was returned back to the store and they lost it for over week at the store because "they were too busy" to look for it. Because I had to travel abroad and needed my passport, I had to take a day off of work and drive to Philly to get an expedited passport processed. It cost $600 for everything not including my lost pay. After I went through all that, I was told they found my returned package in their store after 2 weeks!!! I did not receive a penny back from them - not even a refund for my original shipping which they screwed up. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. Drive to the other UPS Stores in the area to do your business or go to FedEx or even the post office.

I always have a problem with these guys. My package is always "missing" from them. Today, I am waiting for a package (pretty small should be able to fit in the mailbox). First they came over an hour later then usual, and then they drop off a package at my neighbors house, went back in their truck and drove off. They completely skipped my house. These works are very lazy. I hope I still get my package :/ -,- And all those good reviews are most likely the workers there trying to make them seem like they actually do an amazing job at something so simple.

this place is awesome!!! whenever I need something shipped I go here and ask for Mauro. this guy makes me feel at ease. hes so calm even when he has 20 customers at the counter. he knows what hes doing and he takes care of it. top notch service. he never forgets even the smallest detail. I even moved recently, and I go out of my way to ship from here(but I call ahead to make sure Mauro is working) he also does fast notaries..... Is the ANYTHING this guy cant do?!?!?!

I went in to notarize a few documents at 9 am and was told that the notary public was going to be coming in at 11 am. I went in again at 11 am and the guy wasnt there. I waited for 20 more minutes and the guy finally showed up. And as soon as I put my documents in front of him he started out with the most rude tone you could imagine. His tone and behavior towards me was completely unprofessional. I will never return to this location for any of my business.

I delivered a 27inch iMac from the UPS store in North Brunswick (insured) and it arrived in California opened, beat up and battered. Mr. Patel, the manager at the North Brunswick store handled the issue with upmost professionalism and kept in touch with me throughout every step of the claims process. He should be working for UPS corporate.

Martin Lee needs new training on customer service. the way he speaks to customers is harsh and condensending. He seems always overwhelmed and takes his stress out on how he speaks and treats customers. He has disagreements with co-workers in front of customers. The way he speaks to people is unacceptable.

Absolutely excellent service! Mr. Patel helped me do a change of address form which I had no clue how to fill out. He helped fill out every section and was very patient with me and gave me a ton of information regarding the process. I will continue only go to this ups store to do all my mailing needs!
