The two Children who worked there could not answer any of my question, the manager couldnt be bother to get out of his chair to talk to me. I just needed information about printable labels. I was told they dont do that and I would have to spend Sixty dollars on each envelope to get what I wanted to do. Witch was ridiculous, since they would listen to what I was trying to accomplish. I then called the Ups store on 130 and the lady there was more then helpful. If you want to experience frustration to its fullest and deal with children who can be bother to listen to what your talking about, and there boss who can be bother with anything. Go to this store if you wanted to be treated like a person go to the store on 130.

I understand that this must be a boring job, but dont take your anger out on customers. I had to drop a package off one time and the lady seemed like she had nothing to live for. She barely said anything and looked at me like I was an idiot for walking into their store. I really didnt appreciate the attitude I got, nor did I see a single smile from anyone. I wouldnt recommend anyone go here for anything more complicated than dropping off a package, and thats it.

Ridiculous. I had a return label which I didnt print at home and wanted to pick up a envelope so I could drop it off the next day at the nearest Dropbox. They refused to give me an envelope for UPS overnite stating I may not ship the item from their store and insisted I use their computer to print the label for $0.16 + $2.99 for using the computer was an additional charge.

Rude over the phone when just asking a simple yes or no question, I got a 10 minute diatribe about how ups works. And the man talked over me. I had to ask him to stop talking when I was still speaking yet I still had to give in to listening him repeat himself as if I was the one not understanding how access points work.

So so so rude!!! Whoever the man I spoke to on the phone was rude and nasty for no reason. I asked him about a package that I havent received and he was so rude and gave me the worst attitude. "Im doing you a courtesy and checking online for you, which you could also do yourself at home." Dont be rude!

totally agree with other reviews - very unprofessional. needed to print from a USB and scan. this process involved them taking my flash drive to the back room, and calling someone to see how to scan. my 3 page document ended up in 3 files, one upside down, and was .99 per scan. not thrilled.

yeah this branch is unprofessional in so many ways. If you have choice, go somewhere else. Try fedex or the USPS. try talking to the people here if your package does not arrive and you will see what i mean.
