The employees was rude and unfriendly. I went to pick up my package and bring my ID. I have house in FL , so my ID with my FL address. They dont want give it to me. I prove my all picture with my home location by iPhone system. They even dont trust and state I could go to the address which package wrote to picture the picture. How funny idea it is! Nobody in Fedex customer service told me need bring ID with same address! They ask me bring my house deed which was worst funny. Who will bring home deed to pick up package. Finally, I show them the credit card address, and they told me with their un patient attitude the credit card cant prove it unless you show me statement! Because you could change any credit card address right now! They even dont want to understand. I know you guys have policy, but you dont need be mean like this! And I want send package out as well, she told me cheapest way is cost $56 . I cant believe her anymore! They just want me feel bad. I went to USPS two days delivery cost $14! The employee just work there and they are worst attitude in all FEDEX Ive been! The day happen on June 5,2017

When I walked into this FedEx center yesterday, Sunday afternoon, the solo female agent there was obviously in a sullen mood. She was cold, callous, unhelpful. She arbitrarily, and arrogantly, misrepresented the company policy regarding corroberating proof of residency information. The posted policy stated that a bill with the relevant name and address is acceptable as proof, but she insisted on it being a utility bill, a misrepresentation in clear violation of the policy. What was worse, she didnt even care to take a look at the proof I offered. The rudeness was disconcerting, to say the least. Id like to believe that she is the only problem worker in this center, but one is enough to ruin the reputation of the whole office. I will not hesitate to tell my friends to stay away from this office.

Terrible customer service. I ordered two large format posters online and double checked my files before submitting. (On a very tight deadline, they offered the jobs done by 8pm for a hefty price - but I figured it was worth it). When I arrived, I found that the wrong file had been printed. Instead of printing one copy of each file, they printed two of the same. Employees were unapologetic (they didnt even admit their mistake) and unhelpful, offering me to wait 45 minutes or come back in the morning. Finally I got a product I could use, but not after a lot of hassle and rudeness on their part. I get it, mistakes happen. Own up to it and fix it at your convenience, not the customers.

The girl that is working here is lazy. She did not want work whatsoever. She made an excuse every time I would go to mail a package. I was trying to return an order that was incorrect which FEDEX sent me and she came up with every excuse as to why I couldnt ship it back the way they were. Then I went and re-packaged everything neatly and properly as she requested and she stated that I hadnt packed my packages correctly and she couldnt send them. I went to the UPS store instead, and they gave me no problem in regards to how my packaged were packed or wrapped. DO NOT GO TO FEDEX OFFICE ON ROUTE10. THEY ARE LAZY AND DONT WANT TO WORK!!!

Ive used this facility twice - and NEVER again! In fact Ill never use Fed Ex again. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt once, but UPS just got a new customer because of the surly attitude of "Amelia" Twice, when there were no other customers, while I struggled with packages (Im partially disabled), not only did she she NOT offer to assist me, but she just stood there , rolling her eyes impatiently and then when I finally got to the counter, said nothing except "Whats your account # ? " in a tone of voice that sounded more like F** U

Visited this location Friday the 2nd to get a poster made for my grandmothers wake. I have never made a poster before and Amelia reassured me that everything would be fine. I was called 1 hr sooner than expected and was helped by Karla. She finished the poster with gloss laminate and gave me the proper box for me to ship the poster to my home. In a time or grief they truly did help and let me take my mind off of one task I had to get done. Thank you.

Went to print some photos, but the staff there didnt know how to operate the large format printer so they told me to come back tomorrow. They were able to print standard color prints 8x11" though so that was nice.

Got a couple of prints made here on several occasions, staff are friendly and helpful but dont expect to run in and get out quick. There is a feeling of time slowing down in there.
