Held a package here and it was delivered while I was away for a few days, I went to pick it up and it was already sent back. No phone call or message to let me know theyd be sending it back. When I went to the store to pick it up, the gentleman there was very friendly and called customer service for me, but nothing they can do. The delivery tracker showed it was still in NJ.... He gave me the number to that location and when I called, it was the number to the Summit store. Okay, great. I Googled the number myself and called the shipping warehouse, without even looking anything up told me nothing they could do. I called the store back and asked for a manager, not there. Fine, have him call me Monday. 2 weeks, nothing. Finally took to Twitter to get my problem resolved, so we will see. Awful service.

0 on customer service: When the Fedex guy couldn’t find my city in the UK for the given zip code. I had to use *my* cellphone to contact Fedex technical support to sort out the problem- on their system! When technical support started asking me questions about their system, I handed my cellphone to the Fedex guy to get it sorted. During this time the manager was standing around doing nothing, so I asked him if he saw anything wrong with this picture- the Fedex employee using *my* cellphone to sort out a problem in *their* system ! On his response “we don’t do international support here”, I walked out and went straight to UPS. Hey and UPS even filled out the form for me!!

My experience at the Summit FedEx was so wonderful, especially after the trouble I had had before at another company. I had a somewhat complicated print job and Tashma took her time to understand what I needed and how to print it. She was very careful and checked her work along the way, which as a control freak I really appreciated. I will be bringing all future print jobs to Summit FedEx.

Ill do it appears that some patrons here, I have had nothing but very solid, friendly, and speedy service at this location. I use it often to drop off packages that have been pre-labeled with FedEx shipping information at home. Attendance are very helpful and pretty efficient at what they do.

Needed some printing done ASAP. I didnt have my thumb drive with me and it was going to take me too much time to submit it online. The rep had me e-mail it to him directly. It was ready by the time I got there-15 minutes. Will use this place every chance I get.

Great service and a helpful staff
