I went there for the first time and it was a quick and easy experience. Michell had helped me and she is the one who made a great impression on what a wonderful customer experience I had. She was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to shipping my package. She multi-tasked by not only helping me but 2 other customers in the store (who had a ton of things to ship) but really helped both of us seamlessly.

Finding good friendly service is hard now a days this is why I love going to the this UPS Store. The staff is always soo friendly and they always make sure all my needs are met. Michell is always ready to help me when I walk through the door with a smile,and very respectful.She always makes sure i leave the store satisfied and wanting to come to come back to this location .
