The owner of the Basking Ridge / Lyons UPS store is a nasty SOB. Today, he was apparently having a bad day when my loving wife of 33 years went in and asked him to scan some pictures that she needed for her art history class term project. Frustrated about God knows what, he turned on my wife and told her to get out of his store, for absolutely nothing. And he still insisted that she leave even as she asked the other clerk if he could help her! She left crying. WHAT A JERK! This guy needs to be boycotted and put out of business. Weve lived in town for 24 years and this kind of treatment from this JERK should not be tolerated by the clientel he is there to serve.

I used their service to send 6 boxes to California, one box came back for some unknown reason. It was obviously mistake on UPS part. She said I have to pay another $60 to send the returned box back to California. She wouldnt even look into why it came back. All she cared about was making money. She was terrible.. I will never go back to this place again

My granddaughter and I went in to get some copies made for a craft project. The manager went out of his way to help us and spent quite a bit of time with us trying to understand what our final result would be so he could help us. We couldnt have done it without him. The final cost was so slight compared with the time he spent with us.

If I could give negative stars I would. Lady tried to over charge me for shipping a large package, then called me when I walked out of the door, dropped the price a 120 dollars, then banged me 40 dollars to put it in a box. Bad people, bad business. Go anywhere but here.

The lady working there are so CHEAP !!!! She refuse to wrap my box using their tape even I have UPS print label on it. EVERY TIME, NOT ONLY ONCE. If I could give negative review, I would love to !
