I walked into the facility with a time sensitive printing need. The owner of the business met with me and made sure that my printing need was met. When it came time to reconcile payment, there was an issue with my method of payment and after unsuccessful attempts to remedy the situation they let me take the prints on the promise that I will come back and reconcile the bill. The bill was extremely fair and the business in no way tried to take advantage of the fact that I had an immediate need for their services.
