I tried switching today from Tmobile to sprint and disapointed is an understatement. First I had to put $160 down to get my new phone. then I go to the store when the person that helped me said it was only going to take 5 to 10 mins and it ended up taking almost one hour... I was told that the number I had was going to be the same number switching to sprint. Went back home to set up the phone and everything goes OK till the activation part... Went to another store closer to my house, waited for 15 mins and the person that helped me, said that the number I had on Tmobile was on a "limbo".... So now I have no Phone, I cant call anyone, you guys are PROBABLY going to come up with a fee that I will have to pay, lower my credit score and wasted 2 hours of my day.... For nothing... worst mistake of my life..,. I cant contact thru a phone call because hey I switched to sprint and hooray, i got screwed...

Im a sprint customer for over 12 years, came to this store to buy my iphone 7 a cover, everything was nice until security woman was relly arrogant and didnt even let us look around and told us to move to the back of the store even after i was talking to my husband, she kept interrupting us and telling us that it doesnt matter what we went to the store for, we needed to go to the back ... we left the store and bought the cover at tmobile, it was fast and smooth
