I had an issue with trying to replace a broken phone and the service at this AT&T store was impeccable. I had been so frustrated at Best Buy that after nearly half an hour I left and came to this store. Within 10 minutes all of the options I had were clearly laid out and the best one was suggested by the AT&T employee. Once I abandoned Best Buy and came here this was one of the most stress free experiences I have had replacing a phone.

I was a customer of this store for 10 years. I walked in to an entirely new staff. The manager Billy who always took care of me was no longer there and so was the quality customer care. The lazy female manager was rude and couldnt understand I couldnt care less about DirecTV. I immediately left and switched all of my lines over to Verizon. Ill tell everyone I know to do the same.

I had an AWESOME time at this store .... The manager and the staff was so nice towards me and other customers that were there .... They were very knowledgable and helpful with all the services AT & T has to offer and made my time there more pleasurable .... I am going to recommend all my friends to go here for all their AT & T needs
