Horrible... Will never go to this store again. I ordered two things online for in store delivery. They send me a text to go pick it up at the store. I go, I pick it up the same exact day they send me the text and the next day I get a text saying I need to pick it up. I already picked it up. They never send me a text saying my second order was in, then they send me a text they sent it back. Then they re-charge me a higher price because it was on sale the day I bought it the first time, the woman online ASSURES me I will get the original price and then they charge me more and almost bounce everything in my checkbook because they charged my business account instead of my personal checking account that gets automatic deposits. Then they tell me they never charge you until you pick it up and of course they charge me. Then I GO racing to the store after work after getting an email saying if I dont pick it up they are sending it back again and when I GET there I am met with the rudest manager Gary. It is now midnight, people have ignored me for 10 minutes, they cant find the paperwork showing I already picked up the first one and although the one woman Sarah who was wonderful remembers me from the night before, is trying to help me again and when she is asking for help, Gary, the RUDE MANAGER SAYS THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU. Not an apology sir, I am so sorry, it is our fault, something must have gone wrong...he is just like, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU. Oh there will be now...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM SOMEONE IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION. Although they HAVE the item in stock I am left empty handed only to awaken to ANOTHER EMAIL FROM TARGET SAYING MY PACKAGE IS THERE AND I HAVE 12HRS TO PICK IT UP!! BEYOND RIDICULOUS! AND I AGAIN HAD TO RACE TO THE STORE AFTER WORK TO PICK IT UP AND MET BY ANOTHER RUDE GUY IVAN WHO SAID OH NO, THAT DEPT CLOSES AT 11 WHEN I HAD BEEN THERE THREE NIGHTS IN A ROW RIGHT BEFORE MIDNIGHT AND HAD BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. HE THEN PROCEEDS TO DO WHAT HE HAD NO INTENTION OF DOING WHICH WAS THE SIMPLE ACT OF PUTTING MY NAME INTO A HANDHELD COMPUTER AND THEN SIMPLY WALK IN THE BACK AND PICK UP MY ORDER AND HAND IT TO ME WHICH TOOK ALL OF 2 MINUTES! I AM ONE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WHO WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN. I PLAN ON TAKING THIS UP WITH THE GENERAL STORE MANAGER AND CORPORATE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT OF ANY CUSTOMER, LET ALONE ONE WHO RACES TO THEIR STORE AFTER WORK CONSIDERING THERE IS A 12 HOUR LIMIT TO GET YOUR STUFF OR THEY IMMEDIATELY SEND IT BACK. IF ANYONE KNOWS ROUTE 3 TRAFFIC I WAS NOT ABOUT TO GO THERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY TO PICK SOMETHING UP AND SIT IN TRAFFIC. I WILL BE CALLING TARGET HEADQUARTERS...

Long story short I was shopping and not attending my cart super well. But it was not busy and I didnt think I had to worry about it getting scooped up. Well, a team member must have thought it was abandoned and did the right thing to take everything out to put it away. No problem, I just had a few things and found them again. But I had one workout tank that was clearance and the only one. So I started looking through the reshop carts in the womens department near the fitting room. They were a jumbled mess and I wasnt pawing through the garments aggressively. But the fitting room attendant, a woman in her early 50s named Kathleen yelled at me to not look through the clothes. I explained the situation and she said it couldnt possibly be in there because those clothes had been in there for hours. I told her theres no harm in just checking and she scolded me again. I told her I didnt appreciate the attitude and she yelled back that she wasnt giving me any, yet the whole time she spoke so condescendingly towards me. Great customer service!

No one is ever there to answer the phone. No one knows what they are doing when it comes to functions of their job... you think i am kidding? go to electronics ask for any thing you want and then listen to their answers, but good luck waiting 5-10 minutes before being served... Dont even think about buying an Service plan- its a complete BS...... Management! they are just on different cloud, no sense of business psychology within them what soever! ask them a simplest thing you can think of and look at the expression on their face!- its like a deer in a headlight... Do not even think about going there with complaints, it not that they do not want to hear it! but its more of they just dont know how to handle it....One piece of advice to the board of directors of this company "Change your Culture",and adapt to a "customer comes first" mentality...thats if you want to achieve a leadership status in the industry ..

Went to target to exchange pants. Supervisor got an attitude and when I asked for her name I was given it with extra sass! Then I went to shop for other items I needed. I was then stalked by the security officer who was whistling the whole time and I could reach him while he walked literal circles around me. I explained if he continued I was calling the police. He quickly left. Another supervisor thankfully came to my aid but overall was a awful experience. When I called to get the security officers info he was refusing to give it to me, and when he did "John" I said Id be checking and he told me hed be in tomorrow. Target this is unacceptable. I suffer from a stroke and have PTSD. You need to train your staff here A LOT BETTER. You need people who are friendly toward your customers . Who know what sexual harassment is and how whistling is sexual harassment. #targetneedssometraining

Ive been coming to this store for a long time. Its generally been fine though it can be somewhat disorganized and usually doesnt have enough registers open. Last week (12/21) I purchased holiday icicle lights and when I opened the box at home (12/23), the box had a used (and very worn) set of lights. When I went to return them today (12/27) they wouldnt accept the return and give me a refund or credit. The manager (Wilson) was incredibly unhelpful and refused to provide a justification for the refusal other then to say it had to be returned before Christmas. This "policy" was not posted anywhere. He also seemed to have no explanation as to why I was sold a box with used lights. Thankfully I spoke with someone at corporate who issued a gift card for the purchase price. I will be using that card at another Target store.

It was my first visit to target they had plenty of stuff in almost all the sections but I felt they didnt offer much variety as I was looking for serving bowls but the had just one variant, no towel cover ups for swimsuits, no variety for beach mats just had one piece which was not the kind of one I needed. But then I found something which I was not getting online as well as on Walmart etc. It was an over the door mirror that too in both black n white color and at a very cheap price $ 15 only, never thought that I can get it for such less price. They had good variety for home decor and lights/lamps section. It was closing time so there was nobody from the store to help but later I saw alot of store members so may be during the daytime they will be there to assist. Overall experience was fine.
