STEER CLEAR. If I were able to rate this 0 stars, I would. This location is simply the worst ive been to. The staff are beyond rude and unhelpful. I asked the employee who was working the register at the moment about a particular gift card, and if they were in stock. Her only response was " I dont know man, did you even check?". Very unprofessional, very rude. Ironically, just before I got to the register, they had just scammed some poor child of all his games for a measly $30. all of those retailed around $60, he had near $1,000 of games, you thieves. My main reason for going was to sell a PSP Go I have and a iPhone 5s that no longer turned on. the site quoted $20 for the phone, and $100 for the PSP. She accepted neither, stating "The phone is too broken" and that "We no longer take PSP Go". You people are ridiculous, your site says you take them. Theyre at tops 4 years old, I got mine in 2012. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE. WILL NEVER GO TO GAMESTOP AGAIN. GET SOME BETTER STAFF YOU SLEAZEBALLS.

Worst game stop in the world!!!! Why you may ask well let me tell you first, disrespectful workers and on top of that me and my mom had to wait on line over 10 minutes while there asses are talking to a customer and keep Gn everybody waiting. If one of the workers there are reading let me tell you this STFU, STOP TALKING TO EVERYBODY FOR 20 MINUTES AND LET PEOPLE BUY THERE GAMES. Another reason is not listening to anybody heres why, recently black ops 2 game out for backwards compatible for Xbox one, i decided to put it on hold and they said "dont worry we have plenty of copies" later that day I came and what happened all of them were gone. In conclusion the store isnt "bad" its the people that work there.

Management hoards games for themselves and refuse to sell to customers. I drove over 25 miles to pick up a game that was in store (not on hold for pre-order, not available to be held) and was told that I could not purchase it, because the manager wanted another one. I complained and then was told, she was holding it for someone so that she could exchange her free game with their game. Then several other stories. This isnt the first time and this behavior creates a horrible relationship between loyal customers game stop stores. Ive never experienced such horrible customer service and poor management in NY stores. I hate this store. (Manger: Miranda)

Sold me a xbox one that had major major issues with it. They tried to not give me my money back and said we can replace it. Why would I trust a store that has faulty items for sale. Never again will I go to this location Id rather take the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on RT. 9 North. Stay away from this joke of a place.
