I went there twice and both times have had a horrible time they are the slowest gamestop I have ever been to. The staff will blab with there friends while taking care of costumers instead of focusing on the task at hand. slow as hell they only ever have one person on staff and I always hear the girl behind the counter saying how they have all this overage and they cant have anyone else working. The girl behind the counter just blabs and blabs and blabs to the costumers about anything and everything. Its nice to build a relationship with customers to keep them coming back but when the line is packed with people time to keep the life story on hold and do your best to keep the line moving. The girl behind the counter went as far to say "I hate when people are waiting in line rolling there eyes I want to smack them." Well chatterbox maybe if you would just keep it simple instead of discussing every single detail in your stupid life people wouldnt roll there eyes when you are blabbing away. I went there to do trade in twice. And both times waited in line to get to the counter only to tell me I have to wait because they have people on line buying things not trading them in. I just waited in a line to get to a counter so they could tell me to wait. First time took a over an hour with the line of people this time an HOUR AND A HALF. It was saturday in the middle of the afternoon why they dont have two people working when they are packed on a weekend is a lack of management in there corner. iF YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING TO DO TRADE IN AND THEY HAVE TO WAIT YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM AN ADDITIONAL TRADE IN BONUS. IF YOU WORK THERE AND HANG OUT YOU NEED A HOBBY OR HOP BEHIND A REGISTER AND DO SOME WORK.
