Very disappointed with my last two visits to this store. My family and I go there a lot, and have spent tons of $$$$ there in the past couple of years. ( for our kids and gifts for others) . While purchasing three items earlier, I asked if my daughter could use the restroom while my son and his friend shopped . I was told no that this was never allowed. To me, this is bad customer service. The staff person , who might have been the boss , has no empathy for small children who are very good customers. This is the second time only thst I have seen this man there and I get the feeling he is the owner . The last time, while in there and he was there, I noticed an item that I wanted to surprise my son with but did not want to purchase right then and there. I asked him if he could hold it for a day. He put it behind the counter but when I was driving away , I noticed the younger guy putting it back On the shelf. This man is just rude.

Smallest GameStop Ive ever seen but loaded with stuff, like everything. Really cool store, nice variety of games for every system, new and used. The people are great, really nice and they know a lot of the games, Ive been to other GameStops that the employees did not know anything about the game, I understand that people dont know every game but if you work in a place like this you need to know at least the general info of the most sold games. Anyway this GameStop rules, the employees know what there talking about and theyre really cool, never had a problem to return or exchange games. Ive been going there for about a year. Awesome store and I would definitely recommend.

Gamestop in Garwood is a great place to go and buy your games. From my experiences, although the shop is small, their catalog sure isnt. Combine that with the friendly staff members and the fun atmosphere, the store is the first place I go to for new games.

Idk why everyone hates this place. Ive been going to this Gamestop even before it was GameStop when it was eb games! Maybe if everyone had money they wouldnt complain about prices like me! (Pro tip- always go for used games!)
