So, this all started the other day when I called GameStop to see if they had this particular game for the PS2. I called up, and a very conceited person answered. The guy had virtually no patience, and whenever I call GameStop this dude answers and hes really annoying and snobbish. So then I call again and a young lady answers, shes decent, but she cant check the shelve to see if she has the PS2 Game.... So I just said "FORGET IT" Im not going to Blue Star GameStop that much anymore, because their inventory sucks, most of their employees are self centered, they dont have any Hard to find games, they have WAYYYYY too many multiples of games.... Most of their discs are significantly scratched as well. I bought a Game from them the other day, and they had 6 copies of it or so. Out of those 6 discs, only 1 was in good condition..... I also bought a Game Boy Advance game for $1.49 called Iridion 3D, and someone decided that they would draw with a pen on the inside of the game..... I mean it couldve been the workers, because theyre too self-centered to even care about their customers.... One of the only things they do a good job at is doing their inventorying. Watchung Square has the worst inventoryers ever, but this store is pretty good at it... Also, I used to love this GameStop, but now I dont really like it so much. When they had the original game boy games, dedicated workers, and not so many multiples of games. Until this store decides to change, they probably wont be seeing my face. So until they C-Ya, and go to the Colonial Shopping GameStop instead

Worst store ever dont go into this store if your looking for good customer service. Also when i bought a game the cashiers were too busy chatting as well as trying to force me to buy things i didnt want they forgot to give me what i paid for. After driving back there there only response was "my bad" well its my bad for shopping there. I am going to try to find a way to contact corporate to see if everyone of those terrible employees will get fired.

These guys are the best! I was in last week and traded my old games and got a ton more than I thought since they ran a promotion. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and will tell you about the deals. They dont make the deals or values, the corporation does, but theyll help you save!! I got an Xbox and PlayStation for my kids under $500. I definitely trust these guys and always come to this location.

Staff is great here. Came in today to pick up a Switch game, it was ready to go no problem. Previous visits the staff has always been helpful, and theyre always finding ways to make the store look nice and welcoming. This is the GameStop for everyone.

The staff at this game stop was friendly enough. The only reason I can only say the store is ok, is because the selection is pretty poor. They really are pretty limited on everything compared to locations. Up the stock, and I can up the review.

This is an awesome Gamestop. The guys are really cool and helpful and if you join their membership there are great deals. Its definitely worth the $15. I always stop by when I need a game or game info.

Scammers. Despite Gamestop no longer charging fees for trade ins without the box, this store lies and takes 15% off. Goto the other gamestop stores, this one is filled with crooks.
