The owner is nice, and fair, but is a clown when it comes to running a business. You can tell this is the first time he has ever run a store front, and possibly first time working in retail. He answers the phone in a way that makes the customer feel like they are inconveniencing and annoying him. Also, as many have already stated before, the guy running this place never shows up for his own business on time... on the door it says he opens at 1PM , but Ive been there closer to 2PM, and no one is there...this has happened to me a handful of time. I dont believe the owner knows how bad this makes his "business" look. Maybe its a side job and he doesnt have his heart into it... Im not sure.

Great store. Their selection of old games and used consoles is great. Their prices are fair and compete with eBay prices, which makes it not worth it to buy them online when I can go to the store, try them out on an emulator and buy the game right then and there. The ONLY thing I dont like about the store are the hours of operation. What store opens for only 3 HOURS on a sunday, which is one of the two days people have time to shop. And those 3 hours are during the worst time of day.

Usually come here to buy retro games and accessories but this time they were closed an hour before the sign said they did. Maybe the schedule needs to be updated...? Otherwise there are good prices on software and accessories, and pretty good prices on consoles.

I brought some of my old stuff in as well as a laptop I wanted to sell. The laptop was too old to sell but I got a good chunk of change for my old games and used some of the money to get the laptop fixed. Overall the service was good and repair job was cheap.

Was in the area on a Sunday, went there around 12 ish, wanted to see what it was like/ what they had, went to open the door and locked? Lights off as well. Sign on front door said open Sunday at 11 am... idk what to think yet so... 3 stars?

Guy is a making me rage I traded my Xbox 5 days ago for store credit I asked him if I can get it back he said no and no like what it would be the same if I never turned it in cmon my guy where is the care for customers

Been here twice in the last two weeks, both times diluting posted business hours corresponding with online times that match times posted on store. No one here, lights off. Wont be back. And I love retro gaming

Makes up their own hours of operations I suppose... Ive driven there multiple times to find out no one wanted to show up for work that day despite the sign on the door saying the store is supposed to be open??
