The guy who manages this shop is probably one of the most rude and careless people i have ever encountered in retail. I would literally give him -10 stars. He likes to his customers about what he has in stock so he can save it for his buddies. He knows nothing of the products hes selling. He didnt know if a simple product he was selling would work with my system. When I originally ask him about the Nintendo switch he tells me that all Nintendo makes is garbage for kids... Cool man thanks for insulting the customer. When I tried to get joy cons for the switch he told me they were sold out even though he has boxes on display behind and to the left of the counter. I would not recommend this GameStop to my worst enemy. The manager is seriously terrible. Hopefully he will be replaced with someone who cares about his job and knows what he is doing. Until then I will gladly use the best buy next door and wait until they get products in. Because of that guy I spent over $500 on all my recent gaming supplies at Best buy instead of GameStop and I would do it 100x over again. Absolutely disgraceful. Go Best buy.

Customer service here is terrible. I wanted to buy a new game and was given the last shelf copy which was opened. I asked for it be sold at a used price since it was open and out of the plastic. They were extremely rude with their answer and told me shop somewhere else if i didnt like it. I actually would have bought the game if they explained their policy in a calm non-confrontational manner. At a time when gamestop is closing over 150 stores nation wide due to poor sales, they should be more appreciative of their remaining customers. Then again, based this and past experiences, I can see why nobody wants to shop here. I wont be shopping at this gamestop or any other gamestop anymore. I would rather buy my games from amazon prime and wait a day or two than have to deal with gamestops horrendous staff.

Awesome service, the management team is phenomenal, and the are very knowledgeable. They give me the pros and cons for my products I am on the fence about. Helping me with that makes me feel I would not be steered wrong when I make my decisions. I have dealt many times with, Tom, Ashley, Jessica, Dan, they always give me great vibes when I am in there. Always send my friends and new people there cause I know they will be treated with great service from the entire team.

staff is so rude and treats you like an idiot. Went there didnt know you had to be 18 to trade a game in for cash (Im 17) the guy was like "no your not a old enough so either buy something or get out I got more people" store was empty one other person there and then kind lady employee offered to help her at the next register. This only my first experience there, theres more
