Know when you want someone to help you precisely with something, but you just dont know where to turn? Like if you needed help with your basketball jump shot youd ideally like to consult Michael Jordan? Fleet Feet Mahwah in NJ is where you NEED to go for all things running related. Affordable prices, knowledgeable employees, and exceptional customer service. They have a great selection of running shoes, running equipment, and running apparel. I purchased a product known as Super Feet which is placed inside your sneaker. This gives extra support while running and really makes a difference. Anyone who runs should own Super Feet! In New Jersey, especially Bergen County, this is your place to visit for anything running-related. I happily made the trip while living in New York because of their expertise and I advise you all to check it out!

I hate to leave a bad review, but this is not a good store. My girlfriend had to see an orthopedist after she injured herself running with the shoes these people recommended (which I had paid for, as a gift). They wouldnt allow her to return the shoes and fought her on doing an exchange when she didnt have the box they came in. Ive worked in customer service before, and this is unacceptable. If a product lacks a box you can easily return them to the vendor for an exchange, or new box. You dont insult your customer, who injured themselves on a product you sold them, for not holding onto the box like a hoarder, and make them jump through hoops to simply replace their purchase. I cant speak for all Fleet Feet stores, but Id recommend avoiding this one.

The service is unbelievable. Ive run 20+ marathons & 8 Ironmans and never had someone take as close a look at my running form and fit me to a proper shoe as well as the man who took care of me last week. Then yesterday, I was back in for a compression sock/sleeve and a young woman was as knowledgeable as anyone I have ever met about compression, what works, what to watch out for...and she explained it in a way that didnt make me feel like a dummy. People ask me all the time for recommendations for shoes because of my running "resume" - Ill definitely be recommending Fleet Feet Mahwah to everyone

I like the running analysis. Fortunately I found out that the shoe I was using was the right shoe for my over pronation. Unfortunately Asics changed last years Model and the toe bed is much more narrow. I ended up with turf toe during my first run with them.
