Ordered a pool stick holder that cost $800+ I was told the felt would match the pool table we just purchased from them. It did not! Instead of offering us a credit, for cost of felt, they said bring the rack back and they would rip felt off..all over $50. This is after spending over $3,000 . Very bad business! They just lost the sale of 3-4 chairs . Go somewhere else

great friendly staff, very helpful. Prices for some smaller things are a little high, but only when compared to a major online retailer. Their prices for pool tables and shuffle board is great, and they offer good service. I bought a pool table receny, and they were very fast to make everything perfect. Highly recommended.

Management and workers are great, appreciate the help and the cleanliness of the store. The Brunswick items in the store are all superb. Would definitely come again for all my pool needs, they really know there stuff.

Ridiculously overpriced, 300% more then what is at Amazon. I understand brick and mortar needs to make a buck but 300% more for craps dice?
