This pharmacy is frequently out f the medication my son takes regularly. We have his Rx filled every 30 days. Not every time, but very often, we are told that they are out of stock when we need to fill the Rx and have to wait a couple of days for them to replenish inventory. When Ive asked if they can call around and see if they can find the medication at another location, I am told they are very busy. Well, I am very busy too, but Im not asking them to do MY job, Im only asking that they do theirs. When I ask why they are out, they say that they are not supposed to carry too much inventory. Too much and not enough to fill the Rx are two different things. I complain to them about this month after month and nothing changes. It is dangerous for my son to skip doses of his medication, and he can have very serious complications if he skips doses. It can only be filled every 30 days, so I cant "advance plan" and have it filled ahead of time before he runs out. This is very frustrating.

Ive never had a major issue. The Pharmacist knows me and many customers by name. She always ask about your family and children. If they are out of a med and will be more then a day (normally call refill before completely out) they call or if I can tell they are majority busy (not hard to see if eyes are open and youre considerate like a person) I will say I see you guys are very busy is it OK if call around for you guys? Like I said they are awesome staff and pleased. Reminds me of the very small Pharmacy on the small town in lived in when I was younger. The front part of the store nice people too.

These women who work there are professional and take the time out to let me know what I need to know. I appreciate it and recommend this pharmacy to all! Parents,our kids meds are done ASAP!! Drive through is a plus!
