I had bought Marc jacobs remarcable foundation and it was exploded in the box, which is fine it happens. Go to exchange it at this sephora and they did not have it. They said they could order it to me and sent to my house as I have done before through sephora. Everytime I ask a question to the cashier with the pho freckles she got snippy with me as if I was suppose to know exactly what she was doing. My boyfriend even stated to me after that he though that she was going to "snap" on me. She said that it would take til the 28th for me to get my item after I had to ask again. It seemed weird to me and I didnt believe her because sephora shipping doesnt take that long. I left annoyed with my interaction go home and see that sephora shipping standard is 3-4 days I call and inquire about this. The sale girl picked up and immediately started raising her voice saying "we do not handle that you have to call the 1800 number" I wasnt asking about her handling anything I was confused why the website and the store are telling me two different things. she continues to yell and I say if I knew this I wouldnt have to deal with you and she hung up on me. I called back and a much much nicer woman answered and answered all my questions. I then saw my confirmation email and saw that it was ordered through JCpenny which I am NOT okay with and was never told once that this is how sephora pop up stores work. I have called jcpenny customer service for my money back on my Sephora card and to cancel the order, but no one seems to "want" or "can" help me on top of it them telling me it might take until the 30th for me to get my item. I will NEVER go to this Sephora and I will NEVER go to a JCpenny ever again period. They essentially took my money and stole it ordering Marc Jacobs through JCpenny completely without my permission when I couldve done it myself. And had my product when I needed it.

This place is awful I had to wait almost an hour for them to do 1 simple transaction and when I needed them to order the right size shirt they ordered the wrong one then when I called to tell them they made me call a different person. I will never go there again. I only gave 1 star course I had to if I could I would put 0

Cant find a sales representative to save your life. They dont answer their phones. Finally got a hold of a supervisor named Annie who was most helpful. People were walking out of doors with security alarms going off. No one stopping them. It was crazy. Hardly anyone in the store, except in the Sephora shop. What a mess!

I like and always have liked JCP. The only time I had a hard time with it was some years ago when I was looking for dress clothes for my son and they didnt have a big selection. Things may have changed by now, but I like their selections and their prices. Better than most.
