I was happy to see a CVS built right in my neighborhood being someone who has multiple prescriptions I fill each month. However the pharmacy always took abnormally long to get my medicine. I dealt with it for months and even gave them my prescription a couple days early this time so there was ample time to handle any issues. I asked for a follow up call from multiple people in regards to when my prescription will be ready. I never got 1 single call. After calling myself to follow up with no help I had to go get my prescription to take somewhere else. When I picked it up, the same woman who I asked 3 days earlier to follow up with me handed it to me and didnt say sorry or even attempt to keep me as a customer. I took the prescription to Walgreens and they filled in less than an hour and the best part is they called me to tell me when it was done. I hope that whoever runs/owns this place understands the importance of customer service and takes a look into how his clients are being handled.

The pharmacy is very nice, I wish they had a better frozen/cold section every time I got they seem to be out of milk, eggs, butter, whip cream. Lol usually the stuff I really need.

Moved nearby a couples months ago and only had positive experiences there. Every employee, manager, and pharmacist have all been helpful and kind every time.
