Had to do this even before I leaft because I need a battery and its going to effin suck. Their computer systems are DECs Univax I think , totally brutal. No wonder why they are liquidatating assets left and right, stores are all run into the ground, old, outdated, going the way of the video store. Sad because the people are pretty nice who work there. Ill wait in line for 30 minutes to buy a god damn battery because only 1 person will be at the desk and 10 people will be dropping their car off for service. Why anyone would go their for service is a total mystery to me.

Funny how my car had NO problems but needed struts and rear breaks, they do my struts and now it needs a sway bar bushings and a stabilizer link. Are you people too freaken STUPID to figure this out before you did the struts and brakes $1.200.00? This is a dealer only repair that will cost me another fortune. Your people are only intelligent enough to do an oil change (maybe) and thats on a good day. AVOID

I waited for the associate to assist me in the microwaved instead he joked with another associate. I cleared my throat to get his attention and he went and helped another customer. Then I approached an associate leaning on a washing machine and she rudely insisted shes much to busy to help me. After that I left because of the rude staff.

Terrible. Dont bother making an "appointment" time cause they wont even bring your car in the garage for 2+ hours. Then Make you sit at the counter for 25 mins as they try to understand their computer system when they are finally done. Employees will raise voices to each other and be very rude. Go anywhere but here

Wouldnt even give them a star if I could. Tried calling the jewelry department 5 TIMES no answer, called customer service another 5 TIMES no answer and then I call a manager/person in charger another 5 TIMES again no answer. Why have a phone if you dont answer it.

I ordered a washing machine on April 11 and scheduled a delivery for April 17. It still has not been delivered and every time I call I get a different answer. Do not ever order and anything from this store. Terrible service.

2 1/2 hrs later still havent taken car.. no call no nothing... they told me when I first got here at 10am that was bext car in... now 1:24 &after gaving a hissy fit car gas finally moved to bay...what a waste of a day!
