Customer service is a disgrace, at least on Sunday mornings. The woman with the dark hair tells customers to hold on with a rude finger in the air while she talks on the phone with her friends. She is also very rude to customers, saying things like "thats what i said" when a customer politely confirms what she told them. Then, both employees disappear to the back for ten minutes while customers fill the line, waiting to check out. Go elsewhere.

Went in there, waited about 10 min while their staff were talking in the back.. Some girl comes out and yells at them "you have a customer" three times before leaving the store. We still wait there for 2 more minutes and we just ended up leaving because they never came to help is at all... They kept talking, They wonder why theyre getting underpaid. Well thats the reason. DO YOUR JOB PLEASE !

Poor excuse. Very little stock, barely had the oil weight I needed in any brand. Didnt even have a filter for my vehicle for a complete oil change. And the last time I checked, business hours are open hours, not the time that you show up to work there. Save your time and go to the pep boys about a mile north on 9.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CARL, SALES ASSOCIATE AT THE LAKEWOOD AUTOZONE ON MADISON AVE, RT9. LOOKING FOR PART FOR MY 2008 CHEVY EXPRESS. I TOLD CARL WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, 2 EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLERS AND HE HAD A BAD NEGATIVE ATTITUDE. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS.

What a joke. They advertise engine light scanning but then cant do it because there is only two of them there at the time. This location and its staff is an embarrassment to pretty much any other Autozone. A complete waste of time.

I came in for wiper blades and Lisa offered to install them for free on my car! She was so helpful and nice. I was not expecting to have such a great experience there but I was pleasantly surprised.
