Highly unprofessional team. Sold me broken part. Now I have to pay double labor and they refused to accept the return. Tried to force me to exchange it. Im not exchanging anything since I bought the part from the dilership already. I mean will you pay for double labor? Doing charge back on my credit card. You lost one customer and earned charge back penalties. This place needs a training or something or it will be out of business.

I sat on the phone with the sales person matt for 5mins even tho I gave him the part number to the part I needed just to look it up really quick it shouldnt have taken that long this why I shop at autozone smh
