ARK CARSERVICE

I went there today for something urgent, hoping to make it there on time. Gladly, I made it to the store few minutes before the store closes. I went in through the 1st door, but then the security officer confronted and did not allow me in, telling me that they close 10 minutes earlier. The store hours are until 10pm. It was very disappointing. I then spoke to the manager on the phone who was already aware of the situation, but simply apologized. It was unexpected, unacceptable and disappointing experience.

Watching this store implode is quite sad. If you can find something it is fine. But clothing lines are disappearing. Their electronics department has essentially been shuttered except for a few accessories like headphones. I wont be surprised if this location goes the next time K-Mart announces another set of store closings. How can you have sales when you dont have products to sell?

Been shopping at this K-Mart for years until today!! Lady at the register was very rude, told me and my family, "dont come over here in closed", then proceeds to take 2 more customers. Blatantly disrespectful!! This will be last I shop here, I will not tolerate K-Mart employees disrespecting me and my family!

They need either more register worker or self check out,it ridiculous to waiting on line for 20mins when are only 3 people on line with hardy any items. The lines on all open registers is wrapping in idles when will be sign to open another register,instead of having employee lurching and standing watching us.

Horrible .. Kmart staff is trashy I was checking out and the cashier rolls her eyes and tell me it would be a lot quicker if you make a choice ..meaning press ereceipt or paper receipt .. then she stared yelling the worst customer service ever .. imagine I did something to give her reason

Just like any Kmart in the 2010s, its dilapidated and always looks like its 6 months away from going out of business. Has a very small grocery section and less selection than Walmart. Im not really a SYW rewards person but I guess you could catch some good deals using their rewards system.

I really like this Kmart. The customer service is very nice and the store is very neat. I just dislike waiting in line at times due the crowd but the cashiers move pretty quick. Im always shopping there especially for my groceries.

Got real good deal on very nice summer dresses, 10$ each!!!! It was a "flash deal", not sure what that means I liked the wide variety in clothing, the store was neat and organized, the cashier was pleasant and friendly.

I remember when this was a close by go to place for everything. I went back to this place just a few days ago and its barren felt like a waste of time to be there. Looks like Wal-Mart really took a toll on this place.

Wish they had a wider variety of denim for younger folks that wasnt somehow torn or paint-splattered. More limited in selection than most Kmarts Ive been to. That said, helpful staff and a cute selection of flats.

short staffed, no gaming section.. with walmart litterally a 10 minute drive away seems a bit silent at times. but still a good place to go they make due and the staff they do have are polite and helpful

Its nice and clean the people are nice (people who work there) the rest of them cant speak english . But they have good deals and what you want! The lines are not to big and they go by quick ...

I like their spring water.You pay $10.00 dollars for three cases (36 bottles ), I checked the origin and found that it came from Penn. The area is pristine,and free of any pollutants.

This was my first time going. I had to find my daughter a white shoes for graduation and we found it in 3 minutes and it was way less than I thought. We paid $7...so we saved $9.
