In line for over an hour. Although staff seemed courteous they didnt seem concerned about my standing there as long as I did. They were also preoccupied with helping those who spoke a different language than I did and going the extra mile for them at my expense. A frustrating and mind numbing experience with sprint. Ive been a customer of sprint for over 20 years and this is totally unacceptable. Maybe its time to reconsider my carrier. Dont go to this store. Update. I am writing this as I stand waiting... still. Now 1 hr 20 min. Just finished. All told I waited 1 hr40 min for 5 min of their time.

This is the worse place to take your phone and Try to get it fixed even with the insurance. These guys are lazy and dont wont to work but want to collect a check. Stay away, far away.
