I needed to get my phone fixed at the apple store under warranty, and instead got a replacement phone. However, the sim card was rejecting the phone and the apple store gave me a new sim card and recommended me to go to sprint. Javier was the main associate who provided excellent service by setting up the new phone with my current account. Another associate, Anthony, was also very helpful with this process in addition to applying the screen protector that I purchased for the replacement phone. Overall, very satisfied with the customer service and happy I have Sprint.

I went to this KIOSK and from expecting a decent service I found myself making a good friend who provided me with the best service. Keith was the mans!!! He answered all my questions to his best understanding and was able to lower my monthly rates and get an amazing deal on an iPhone and a case! I now know that whenever I have a problem with my service or my phone I dont need to call since I just need to make a 10 min drive and get Keith to help me out once again. Got sprint? Go to Keith! Hes the right mans for the right situation!

Wow! I must say this has been the best customer service experience I have ever experienced! My rep Michael and the Manager Gabriel were nothing less than amazing! So knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and overall great guys! The music was a very nice addition to this place they played my jams haha! Ive passed by many of times and never wanted to stop, today I decided to. Their excitement to see me made it that much better! I Definitely recommend everyone here! Go sprint!

I had the best experience at the Sprint Kios, I went in to upgrade my Samsung 6 Edge to an Iphone 7 Plus and the workers there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The service that I received from Sales Associate, John S. was superb, he really took his time to help me with my new phone, he was very patient and helpful as I had many questions about the phone. I recommend that location to anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Sprint location.

the process of getting a new phone is always tricky. I am always concerned about my plan changing or paying money that is unnecessary. John Savage at this store provided above and beyond customer service. He took the TIME to go over every detail and answer all my questions leaving for no surprises. Wow, I must say this has been the greatest experience I have ever had. Switching to sprint was very easy. Gabriel the manager made it so easy for my wife and I to switch. Very knowledgeable and made the switch painless. Not only saved me money, but switched all my information for me. Im very old fashion and dont like change at all! Love this store thank you Gabriel!

Small but what they lack in size they make up with service. I have been here plenty of times and ive yet to have anything bad to say. The reps are prompt to ask you if you need help and they deliver fast friendly service. Last time i came the rep help me save money on my bill...over $250. I recommend this sprint.

I came to the booth with questions and a problem that I could not get resolved at any other Sprint store I visited and immediately, Gabe took responsibility for my issue and did everything in his power to help me out. My iphone was not getting a charge all day. I was going to buy a new phone, which I wasnt ready to do. Keith, took my phone and did hard reset. My iPhone began to charge!! I worked for Apple for 2 years and it didnt dawn on me to do it. Keith was patient and excellence, sky is the limit for him.
