Today it was a really sad day for me. I went to this Gap since is the closest to my house, and I just wanted to buy my kids clothing for the beginning of the school year. My mom and dad went with me, and we brought my baby niece with us, since my brother is working. Well, my mom needed to use the bathroom, and she asked a lady if she could open it for her, she was extremely rude to my mom, she was annoyed, and when my mom asked her a question she said " I DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND YOU" Right now there is a lot of racism out there, and its awful to be treated this way, my mom is a nice lady, and she only needed to change her granddaughters diaper. I talked to a manager who apologize to my mom, but the apology should come from the rude lady. I will continue my campaign against This GAP, and hopefully we can get a resolution.

I love Gap. The employees are never really helpful but I shop so much I can find what I need. The manager/cashier was just plain rude. I received text message alert for an extra discount and I simply ask her about it and she responded very rude telling me they do not take anything extra off sale. Then she proceeded to tell me to move since she was already helping someone else. I couldnt believe how rude she was been. I left the store and will definitely will not be shopping here. I have shop at many stores and do not understand if you are so unhappy dont work there.

worst customer service try to order something I has place on reserved online got attitude from the guy who answer and then the woman who was taking my information clearly had no idea what she was doing kept asking me same question over and over I would repeat it and kept telling me something else like I was speaking a different language. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..

This Gap is very well organized, even during Black Friday everything was constantly redone, and the lines were nonexistent (though they had a killer sale). The normal sticker price can be a bit high sometimes, but its a solid place with solid clothes.

This location is in a strip mall. The store has maternity, infants, children, womens, and mens clothing. The clothes are always well arraigned. There is always plenty of staff to help. They are friendly and offer genuine help.

Customer service at this location is impeccable. They are always more than willing to help...point out discounts you may not have been aware of and dont give you a problem when you go for adjustments.

Typical GAP store with overpriced and poor quality clothing. Make sure you have discount coupons to make it worth it. Staff is friendly and the location is well stocked.
