It is disappointing that google doesnt allow you to give 0 stars. The customer service at this store is appalling and they talk to you as if you owe them something. AT&T has progressively deteriorated over the last few years and my family had decided it was time to make the move. We were told that we needed to go into the store to close the account. When there, they were unwilling to help me because I was not the account holder. When my father arrived to help, they told him that he had to call to close the account and then the man helping us WALKED AWAY. When my dad called they told him that he needed to go into the store because they could not verify who he was. When we approached the man again to help us, he said and I quote "you are no longer an at&t customer so I do not need to help you." Are you kidding? We still had an account, and what type of company treats any customer like that? We walked across the mall to Verizon and they were more willing to help. Unfortunately with the service that we received from AT&T we will never even consider going back to the company. Please be warned that they are only willing to help you if they are going to make a sale. Do not waste your time with this company.

First off, everyone that is complaining of the disrespect at the store needs to report it to ATT like i did. The new manager that just came is the worst and incredibly rude. The employees seem to follow this new example. The old manager would at least try. Id give it 0 if I could. Employees dont know what they are selling. Bought 2 phones and a plan from there, cancelled within the 14 day grace period after realizing how bad the service was. Now I get a bill for $1904!!!! I RETURNED EVERYTHING! I was also changed for 2 months service when I ported my number out on day 13 within my terms of the contract... How do I get charged for 2 months service when I didnt even have a phone number with ATT after 13 days?!?!?! And customer service is closed on Sundays. Wow AT&T sucks. Never again.

I was told by the store associate that as a current ATT customer there would be no hard inquiry ran while signing up for direct TV. THAT WAS A LIE! two days later my credit score shows a hard inquiry. As a ATT customer for 10 years I will be not only cancelling my Direct TV account which I was lied to about but also my ATT service. This is unacceptable. Will not be returning to this store ever. Thanks ATT sales associate for pushing to sell me on direct TV so hard that you had to lie to me and lower my credit score for something I did not authorize while asking you multiple times to confirm.

As of 2016 Worst customer service experience... I would prefer not to Visit this store.. Visited the store multiple times for same problem.. Never they helped before 45 min & the executives here behave like they are doing some charity work for us.. Being a loyal customer for more than 8 yrs feels like s**** Updates in 2017 No change no improvement still worst customer experience here .. be very careful while talking to these guys. Some try to twist their words and confuse you. They will even make you think u might have said that

You would be lucky if the staff knew the answer to anything... and you would be even luckier if they were nice to you. They should be working extra hard since AT&Ts coverage is terrible to begin with. I left for a different carrier after dealing with them.

They gave me a hard time about using my corporate discount for no reason. Had to wait forever to get help and when my phone was having a problem they just sold me another phone instead of taking mine back and getting it fixed.

Every damn time I come in here there isnt anyone to help me and Im trying to spend money.. CRAP store. Theres one person working a huge sales floor 2 days before the new iPhone comes out. DUMB!

Made it extremely difficult to change from AT&T to TMobile. By the way, we are much happier with T-Mobile (store is 100 feet away)
