Downhill and it expensive! Encouraged by newbis who pay too much This store opened new and nice over a year ago after Goodwill in Bergenfield closed. Now its uncomfortable and expensive (like crazy prices that make NO sense whatsoever) especially on the Target mech. - They are pricing at full retail-cuz I did some comparison. It used to be fun to hunt for goodies and find bargains but now its just frustrating. To add to the crazy pricing, the staff (all but 2) including the manager, are bossy, rude and anything but friendly. They b.s. together loudly like youre not even there but theyre making time to take youre money because they have to. Bummer. Such a great idea to recycle others off-casts and relieve Target of the crap that didnt even sell on their closeout shelves. Im not giving them anymore money until they clean up their act management wise and get back from the stratosphere on the pricing policy. My choice where I spend my duckets.

We travel every Saturday from NY to come to this store, AWESOME. I have found so many pair of shoes, and coats. The staff is so polite, helpful, and always makes themselves available for questions.The manager keeps everyone of his staff members busy. we have stopped going to a lot of the other stores because we can find mostly what we want here. Bravo to John the manager (I hope that is his name). I hope he gets to read this and he will know I am the lady that always asks him about a certain bag.

Frequently sells broken items, once returned for being broken they repackage it and sell it to another unsuspecting sucker. Since you can only return for store credit it is a lucrative scam. Reprehensible behavior that.

Seriously, the best second hand store Ive ever been in. Is clean and very nicely organized. The checkout area is slightly unpractical but service was very good! I will be returning

Way too expensive. They sell like a retail store. They had a dyson fan that retails $200 new. They had for $179.99 used! This is donated stuff unbelievable... 0 stars.

Nice location crap employees but what else is new at goodwill. Employees are nowhere to be found on the donation side so dump your stuff and run

A lot of clothes and some nick-nacks but nothing special. Smaller store that looks new on the outside but has a strong mothball smell inside.
