My Fiance and I went into Littmans Jewelers expecting to purchase an engagement ring. Not only did we purchase a beautiful ring but a truly beautiful experience. Our Sales Rep., Maryann greeted us with her warm smile and began to show us what Littmans had to offer. Without any pressure from her we picked out a ring and she took the order. She insured us of Littmans dedication and quality of service to their customers, but what she didnt realize was how she made us feel. She was truly happy for us and as excited as we were. She made us both feel that we were dealing with a long time friend,, not just a salesperson. She knew how we came to be and couldnt be happier for us! Because of Maryanns warmth towards us we will be Littmans customers forever! We cant thank her enough for the service she provided us. In closing Id like to say the entire staff of Littmans are truly a wonderful group of caring people.

I got my girlfriend a $900 piece of Jewelry from here. A couple months later a diamond falls out, I bring it back to see if they would make good For it because it obviously wasnt set properly to begin with. Guy tells me its going to be $120 to fix it. After I tried to explain the piece was only a couple months old and had the receipt they still disagreed. Im not the one who looks for things for free but whats rite is rite and thats bad business in my Opinion. I for one will never buy anything from them again, the quality of the jewelry they sell is terrible.

We bought a beautiful engagement ring here for a great price. Ronni was quite helpful, friendly and we didnt feel any pressure to buy. We definitely felt confident we were getting a solid price for a beautiful ring. They had a wide range of options, from higher-end to lower-end--good for those on a lower budget. Most jewelry stores dont even carry many of the more affordable options this store had--part of the reason why we ended up buying here.

Walked in and there were two ladies (one older caucasion lady 60-ish, the other mid 30-40s)helping one customer. They both saw me and just looked away and chose to completely ignore me as I walked around for 5 minutes. I didnt even get a hello or "take a look and ill be right with you". Was completely ignored no eye contact nothing and the two ladies saw me walk out and snickered...i have never seen such an unprofessional jewelry store in my life.
