I had one of my worst customer experiences here. My mom and her friend wanted to get some jewellery and stumbled upon this place. The person who runs it is the most obnoxious and loud person I have ever come across. When asked to try a bangles on, he said "unless you are sure to buy it you cant try it". First of all that makes no sense. Secondly the way he was screaming was absolutely horrendous. I did not snap back only because his wife was visibly embarrassed by his behaviour and I did not want her to deal with any more than she had to. She tried to take the bangle out so that we can examine it at least and he started screaming- SCREAMING- at her. Rest assured I will never return to that store and discourage all my friends and family from going there.

I went for repair. The did not tell me the cost. The did a very bad repair job and just charged me a very high price. They seem very greedy. So watch out if you are making a big purchase.
