Our experience with helzberg diamonds at Woodbridge mall has been terrible. I had my engagement ring for almost a year and we had nothing but problems with it. We had to get it repaired twice in the store for loose prongs and had to send it out twice to fix the prongs and resize it. The first time we had to send it out they forgot to send it out so it took an additional 10 days. They bribed me and gave me free jewelry. The second time they resized it they measured my finger and put down 5.5 and when we went there to pick it up it was a 4.5. We are trying to get in touch with the district manager to see if we can return the ring and go somewhere else to get a new one. We have only had problems here and definitely dont recommend purchasing jewelry from this store.

My fiance bough his wedding band there and he wanted to engrave it. It was delayed and when it came back, the engraving was missing a letter. We were very unhappy but Paul A. assured us that it will be fixed ASAP. It was Saturday and later in the day we got a call from Paul that the wedding band has been rushed for emergency engraving. On the same day in the evening, we got a call from Paul that it"s ready to pick up :). We came in next day and whoever fixed our engraving did a better job than before, Thank you so much Paul for handling it so professionally. Agnes and Mike.

I would NOT recommend this store at Woodbridge Mall. They agreed on the price, made us waited for half an hour saying they are calling the manager to confirm price and then came back to us asking for higher price. The sales person was not fare at all. Will never return into the store.
