I went to Haniken on the referral of a friend of mine when I was looking to choose a wedding band for my wife. When I walked in, I was greeted and then asked what I thought my wife would like, and what I had in mind for a ring. After answering a few questions I was presented with about 20-30 rings to choose from. I was almost overwhelmed by their selection of rings, as they carry literally any type of ring you could think of. I spent a good bit of time looking at ones that I thought she would like best, at my own pace. I was very happy that although the salesman was making suggestions, he was not pushy. I made my selection, and was extremely pleased with the price. I saved several hundred dollars off what was listed, and even had it within my budget to pick her up a nice gift for Christmas as well. I would recommend Haniken to anyone who is looking to pick up a piece of jewelry, and not have a chess match with a jewelry shop in terms of quality or price. Looking forward to coming back!

The nicest people to buy jewelry from for starters to the point where you feel like your buying jewelry from a friend, but the selection is great too. They make you feel like youre a special customer whether youre spending a few hundred or a few thousand. To get down to brass tax, I purchased my wedding bands, engagement ring for my wife, studs for my wife, studs for my god daughter, pendant for my mothers 60th. Everything I bought was high quality and a more than fair price. The first pendant I bought for my mother wasnt a success (bad choice on my part). When I told Mike at Haniken, he told me to come back to get something that she would like and he switched out for something that was even a little more expensive - no nickel and dime . The best part of it was that he was just as nice to me when he exchanged the product as he was the day I paid him for it and for that reason - theyre my jeweler for life.

Great experience -- highly recommended for sales and service. Wasnt intending on making any purchases while there to fix one of the kids necklaces which was subjected to ... kid stuff. However, the gentlemen know my family well and offered a deal we couldnt pass up. Most importantly they found something we both loved. They are consummate professionals and always make you feel like part of their family. You always feel like youre discussing the jewelry with a friend because, in fact, you are. No games involved. They handle themselves with ultimate courtesy and never play each spouse off each other like some other jewelers do. I bought the engagement ring there all those years ago and have never looked back. They totally work with you, making sure you are a happy customer when you leave. They price realistically and definitely are honest.
