Worst customer service ever. They dont even deserve one star. Was calling with a question about a return for a tv and called about 5 times and was never transferred to the manager or customer service. One woman actually hung up on me when I was describing the problem. Do not go here. The employees are not helpful.

Bought an air mattress that broke after using it 2 times. Since I threw away the box after opening it (and it would never fit into the box again) they wouldnt take it back. Bea at customer service and Raman the manager were totally unhelpful and rude to me

Worst customer service of any Wal-Mart. Wouldnt take back a defective printer cartridge with a receipt. Told me to go to the manufacturer. Never coming back here. They were rude about it too. Made me wait on line twice and I have a torn calf muscle

I went into this store for 1 thing, a length of fabric. It took me 40 minutes just to get someone to cut it and price it for me. This is the second time this has happened. If you are looking for staff to actually help you, dont look here.

Place is a mess employees are useless and incompetent. Nobody ever on registers. DO NOT GO HERE. Shoprite is .1 miles away and is cheaper and better food do not go to this dump. Management is horrendous. Worst walmart ever.

Good Wal-Mart but on the medium side compared to ITC Crossing. Still they have quite a few good aisles, clothing, food, and household items. There is a SubWay Restaurant in this Wal-Mart.
