Be careful with these people they will overcharge you my wife was scheduled for a alignment and was told $55 plus tax I scheduled the appointment that same day cause she couldnt make it and they told her it would take about two hours for a alignment which Ive never heard of, so I arrive at mavis at 7:59am On schedule Joe the employee there ask me whats my name I give it too him, next I see on the screen of his computer "price not discussed" so he manually enters the amount of his choice which was around $90 plus tax all too tell me there machines are outdated and dont have the technology for a lowered vehicle had I know that I wouldnt have wasted my time and Ive went to sears auto center that have all the technology and all the equipment to get the job done dont waste your time going here I didnt even get a apology!!!! Never again

I went in with a $50 alignment for my nissan quest minivan (coupon special). Didnt feel a difference before / after the alignment. I went in because I had purchased a set of tires from BJ Wholesale club & noticed that the steering wheel was slightly tilted to the right. they didnt re-aligned the steering wheel back to center (simple as readjusting the tie rod ends); lazy on their part. But, at least the tires are wearing evenly after 1.5 years. Old TV and furnishings at the waiting room; but thats acceptable because its a franchise. Will i go there again? probably not. Ill try another STS location if the need arises.

This is an extremely well run shop with friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. They do what needs to be done, and recommend for future work, but no pressure. They are not constantly "finding" problems that need immediate and expensive fixes. Routine maintenance costs more, but its a good trade -- you buy the expertise and the long-term relationship.

One of my tires blew out the day before a cross country drive. I called here and they were able to get my car in during the evening and have it finished that same day. Really appreciated the help and the price was fair. Havent had an issues with my tires since. Thanks for the great service!

Ive been here a few times so far and the visits have been pleasant. I accidentally ordered the wrong tires and the shop manager refunded me the wrong tires for the correct ones, which was a big relief. The service reps are good people. I came here only for tire work currently
