Long Live the only independent book store in Asbury Park! Not only is this book store only a few blocks from the beach, but it is also surrounded by great bars, stores, and restaurants. The employees of this book store love books, love talking about books, and are smart as the best wizards at Hogwarts. In the store you will find an Asbury Picks sections(residents of Asburys fav books), a feminist section, the newest books, and a great cheap used book section. If you like to read on the beach, shop indy, and be in New Jersey this book store is for you. Did I mention that the owner of this store is super sweet, super involved in her community, and loves books?

The woman that helped me was sweet and caring in offering suggestions for my purchase. When I got home I started reading her recommended book. I couldnt put it down, a great read. I was going to go to Barnes and Noble but was happy I stayed local. Her price was only $1 more than B&N and it saved me a trip to Eatontown. A great local book shop.
