Used to be a good parts store, when they hired competent people. As of right now theres maybe a max of 4 people who can find the parts you look for, if you happen to deal with anyone else chances are youll be told they dont have it. As of recently I was in looking for a freezeout plug in a common diameter; 1 1/2 inches, and was told they didnt have it and that all they had was what was out on the shelf. I called the next day and asked if they had freezeout plugs and guess what! they had one! In the exact size I needed and it wasnt the rubber type that you tighten up and expand so needless to say Ill be only dealing with certain people next time
