Overall the few times Ive been there the customer service has been great albeit the tech who worked Friday June 16 mid day, dirty shaven red eyed was very rude. My car part was mysteriously sent to another store and not his store where I ordered that part. He questioned my sanity as to where I ordered my part which, really felt belittled after berating me for the fact that he told me the hundredth time its only after I showed him the number that called me to come get my part. Thank God I had business where the next AutoZone was at but the guy literally threw me out to go get my part.
