Called try to find out if they carried what I was looking for.. I live over 30 mins away so I wanted to know if they had anything that was close to what I needed.. Was told it would be easier if I came in.. I said I live 30 mins away, can u see if u have what I need? Was told Im with a customer.. So what am I? Thanks for the useless help!

Selected a 14 mm to 18 mm adapter from the case, the lady swapped it out with a useless cracked adapter. Total waste of time and money, will never shop here again.
