Never again will I shop at this store!!! Ive now been to this place twice and both times I just felt rushed only reason Ive giving it 2 stars is for the selection but other than that I will never shop here! none of the 4 people behind the counter wanted to help! They were more interested in talking with there friends! And when I did finally get help all I got were short one word answers then they just went right back to there friends. the staff there just dont want to deal with anyone except for there buddies that just hangout in the store all day! Im assuming? You also cant read any flavors of juice (it would have nice if they had a list of the flavors they have? you can see the brands, but so what its the flavors that matter! so it would have been nice to have at least one helpful person but no & to top it all off The prices have been the highest Ive seen in stores or online!

Impossibly rude staff. ALWAYS feels like Im bothering someone to get help.. have you ever felt the evil eye? Go in here if you want to get that. If I could rate ZERO STARZ I would. All three times I went into this establishment. I felt like I had to jump up and down to get one of the employees to do SOMETHING..ANYTHING but Gabb to what must have been their friends, smoking in the hookah section. Ooh and the prices are Disgraceful. Save your time ,money, and patience and go anywhere else

Does not uphold any "warranty" from manufacturer or in store. I had one unit die within two weeks of ownership and again a year later problems with a tank that came with another unit and was told they cant do anything about it. May as well buy everything online for cheaper and have it automatically covered by manufacturer.

great owner great store.. lots of new stuff in stock as of 10/26/2016 I bought The Mighty vaporizer works great.. I bought 2 from that other head shop in Rochester.. and they broke 3 weeks later.. they were old units as well... Dover has the most to offer... The owner looks like Pocahontas! She is beautiful

Great selection and helpful staff. They have a student discount on glass and were able to stack it with a military discount for my water pipe. Theres tons of accessories, pieces and papers, and they carried kratom and cbd edibles last time I went (did not see Salvia) Would definitely recommend poking around

Great service and very friendly staff. Selection is remarkable. If they dont have it they will order it. Hookah lounge is comfortably. You never feel rushed. New art work mural is beautiful. Full cigar walk in humidor. So much from a small town. No need to anywhere elst.
