105% satisfied. Roger Hayden, the owner of Hayden Sports, personally delivered two shelves to my location in Newmarket. I went in expecting to buy these shelves and transport them back home via the bus system. Carrying cargo with me has never been an issue, even during busy times, but today I guess I got the wrong bus driver. He said the shelves were a no-go. Rod asked my address at the bus stop (he helped carry them over from the store) and without another word loaded them in his vehicle and drove to meet me there. Wicked AWESOME.
