Excellent experience and customer service!! A few weeks ago I went to Marathon to be fitted for new running sneakers because I am running Ragnar this Friday.I was greeted by a nice young girl who helped me and I left there very happy. I wore my new sneaker a few times and realized they were just too small for me. Today I returned to marathon to see if they could help me, they gladly took the shoes back and helped me find a size that was more comfortable for me. I need a little more room than most in the toe area due to sensory issues. Really it wasnt their fault that my shoes didnt fit, it was that I just didnt like how they fit. The salesperson was over accommodating, never making me feel badly, which I did already. After replacing my sneakers she then helped me pick out some running gear. she was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Marathon Sports!!

This place is definitely a specialty store for runners. I went in there and a salesperson came up to me to ask what I was looking for in a show and what my budget was. They had me walk in my socks to figure out my pronation and brought out some shoes to account for my flat feet. They brought out one pair that felt great, but had arch support (which is annoying for a flat footed person). They then brought out a second pair that felt the same, was in the budget, and had a reduced arch support. They then had me jog around in both pairs and even recommended that I go run around the parking lot to get a feel for which shoe I wanted. I ended up buying the second pair and both were right in my budget. I was extremely impressed with Marathon sports and will recommend friends to go there as well for their running needs.

Places like Marathon Sports are why theres still reasons for brick and mortar stores to exist. Their excellent staff got me fitted quickly in a shoe that felt amazing--that I never would have tried on if it wasnt recommended to me. Well fitting shoes are worth a trip to a local store with knowledgeable employees.

Excellent staff helped me find shoes that wouldnt hurt my feet, a rare thing. I have some very specific foot problems and they caught on to that immediately when I demonstrated how I walked. I love my shoes and will always go there from now on.

Easily the best shoe store Ive ever been to. Walked in, told them I had flat feet, and they knew immediately what to get me. Service was great, staff was very knowledgeable. Im never going anywhere else.
