Got new boots here, their "boot expert" downsized me yet didnt set or explain or even mention any of the features of the boot to make it comfortable to ski on. In addition they remounted both pairs of skis I own to the new smaller boot size(got my old boots that were too big here as well), when I finally got my skis back the season was underway so I headed straight up and ripped the bindings off both sets of skis day 1 because they didnt set the bindings all the way in to the ski....I brought them back and they remounted the bindings correctly for no charge but I was out a trip and had to get down the hill on one ski, thank god I wasnt hurt. wont be going here again. Also they dont carry many popular brands here so if youre looking for something specific, this isnt the best place.

Brought in a board for a small base repair. No need for edge repair. Would have done the fix myself if I had the tools. Estimated 5 days until available for pickup! Then quoted $50 and was told they did not have the capabilities to only repair the base but had to do a complete tune! Also was informed that if I removed the bindings myself I would get $10 off which was a complete joke because I brought in a splitboard that takes 5 seconds to remove the bindings. My suggestion... if you bring something for repair here, buy the tools at the shop and do it yourself itll be cheaper, faster, and you wont have to deal with this place again.

The guys here are really nice. They helped me find the perfect boot that even came with a day pass to Bretton Woods. My boot was 50% off because it was last years model. I really appreciated that they helped me find the right product without trying to up-sell, as I am extremely broke. Ill be back for new bindings!

Small shop that has everything for the snow sports. Purchased boarding jacket while they had a holiday sale. Ample of parking space in the back of the shop(entrance is actually in the back). Has tune up service for the ski and snowboard. Will come back for the board waxing.
