Heres my experience: I went there yesterday, 12/18/2012. I am new and not very knowledgeable yet about my firearm and was shopping for cleaning materials and guides on how to clean my gun. I didnt even know how to take mine apart. I had read the poor reviews about this particular shop and was nervous about asking "beginner type" questions. When I approached the guy behind the counter (Jim, the owner), he couldnt have been more helpful to me. Even though he was elbow deep in work, he took my pistol and showed me how to take it apart. He didnt stop there. He spent about a half hour with me even though his phone was ringing off the hook and he had customers stacking up behind me. Not only did he make sure that I was comfortable with disassembling my gun but made sure that I knew where to clean and how to oil it and then reassemble it. When we were done, my gun was clean and I knew how to do it myself. I no longer felt like a newbie. I think that people have to realize that gun shops, above most others, get frequented by nitwits that just want to touch guns and bother the employees with ridiculous questions only to leave without buying anything. I found Jim to be a sincere and incredibly helpful person and I will not buy from anyone else going forward. If you need firearms or supplies, you owe it to yourself to give this shop a try. I hope that you do.

Good knowledge Jim and his father were both helpfull the dad especially as my dad and I were there to get my dad his first pistol the day he got his ltc and the younger jim deff had plenty of knowledge and so did his dad with helpfull attitude and helping my dad learn the takedown of the ,40 mpS.W. we got ..If you want a good educational firearm purchase experience this is the place to go. Prices were a few dollars more then some other shops and a whole lot less then others...and if youre bitching about prices of guns at this shop you shouldnt be buying them at all. Will deffinetly be returning.

I highly recommend buying your firearms and accessories from this store because they have great customer service and quality products along with great prices and if he doesnt have it in stock he will get it to you with fast shipping!
