I got on eBay looking for an Easy Walker Harness for my dog and came across CountrySide Pet Supply. I did not read their ratings on eBay by former customers which I really should have before making any purchases from them. I went ahead and purchased the leash with the dimensions provided by the Easy Walker manufacturers. I ordered the large for my Siberian Husky and when I received it, it did not fit my Husky properly so I emailed CountrySide P.S. for a return and replacement. They responded and sounded cordial enough by saying they would send the replacement out as soon as soon as I sent them the tracking number for the harness I was sending back. This was a replacement order for a Medium/Large in exchange for the large. Still no problem until I mailed the item to them, then emailed them through eBay with the tracking number and I received no response from CountrySide. I emailed them again and asked for them again for confirmation several days later and asked them if they were sending a replacement out? They finally responded by saying it was going out in the afternoon in a rather short email, but no tracking number was provided at any time after that response. So I waited for approximately 5 days and did not see anything in the mail so I went back to eBay and asked CountrySide for a tracking number, but this time had eBay step in to help me resolve the issue, of which, is their policy and my rightful option to choose. I got some funky response from eBay saying that the case has been researched, decided in favor of the seller, and closed. I somewhat freaked out and told myself that I NEEDED to speak to someone in person at eBay to get to the bottom of why they decided in favor of the seller and for what "God on Earth" reason since I had no product, no tracking number, and out $21.00+. I talked to an eBay specialist and said that the seller said they would send a replacement out as soon as I sent them the tracking number of the return item. They never did that so that was complaint #1. I received no response from them after they got the item back and I had to write them again asking where my product was? Complaint #2. I then got that short note saying it would go out in the afternoon and that was the last I heard from them. Complaint #3. I did everything they asked of me and they did nothing they said they would do. Then the specialist said there was a tracking number for the item they sent and the odd thing is the seller took off all the log data of the entire purchase from the eBay website. The specialist said there was a package delivered to me and it showed "delivered" so I thought about it and said that, "Yes, I did receive a package that day and didnt have a chance to open it as of yet. So I rushed over to retrieve the package and low and behold there was my item in Medium/Large. I had to laugh and told the specialist, that all the seller had to do was send me the tracking number and I would not have had to go through all the trouble of writing to them three times, then asking eBay to step in to help me. Also to save me the frustration of finding out what the heck happened to the sale, return, and replacement item that I was told was going to be sent as soon as I gave them the tracking number. So all in all it was the MOST TERRIBLE transaction I have ever done on eBay and even the eBay folks, 2 of them (representative, and specialist), said they apologized for the inconvenience and thanked me for being such a good customer of eBay. My opinion of CountrySide Pet Supply is DOOTS and my review of eBay by phone is stellar! Of eBay support online, I would give them a single star too since they did not explain the transaction and see that I had no tracking number to know that I was being sent a replacement item and did not have to worry. I would give CountrySide a ZERO star but I dont think they will let me so I listed it as one star. Thank you for reading through my review. Sincerely, Ken

We just received an order today thru Amazon. In addition to the product, they included a dog toy (which even at 11 years of age he played with like a puppy) and a miniature Tootsie Pop for us. How fun! Thank you.
