Update: Im happy to see your response that at least shows you care but I dont know what else I could have done. In the recent past every time I tell you guys I want something I come and get and you usually even put it back in the safe so someone doesnt come in and by it while Im making the drive up there. I asked Matt about the p938 he said you had one and I told him who it was and that I would be there promptly. The value of a loyal and honest customer that frequently spends large amounts of money at your establishment is much more important to a business than just a one-time sale. I drove an hour and a half round trip and wasted time and gas just to be stood up by who I thought was my favorite Gun Shop. This was my favorite gun shop for the longest time until today. Today I called m and ms and I talked to Matt and asked if they had any sig p938s in stock and he told me they had one on the use shelf on fired for $640... keep in mind I have bought and traded more than 10 guns from Mike over the past year alone so when I say Im coming to get something they should know Im coming to get something.... long story short I told Matt I would be there promptly as soon as I can to get the gun and I was even going to trade them an extra CZ SPO1 I had a aquired lately. I have to drive 45 minutes to make this trip to my favorite Gun Shop where I thought I had Trust with Mike and Matt, but only an hour and a half or two hours later when I arrived at the shop they had sold the p938 right out from under me! I would think they would have a little more appreciation for a valued customer who spends thousands of his hard-earned dollars at their establishment. I walked out of Mikes gun shop today sincerely disappointed and dont know if I will be back.

2nd time that I have asked for help. 2nd time that I have been ignored. Found this small gun store about 2 years ago. At that time I went in because I was in the market for a Tavor X95 which were particularly hard to find. They didnt have one, but told me they would check with suppliers and call me with the price. That didnt happen, but I shrugged it off and bought the rifle from Eagle Armory instead. Sometimes people lose numbers, it happens. Fast forward to June 24th. I told them I was looking for a PDW, and wanted some suggestions. I told them I may even be interested in purchasing an AR-15 pistol or building one, if they would help me find the parts. It was close to closing time so I took one of their cards, and emailed them more information. Here is an excerpt from that email. "...Here are a couple of links (sent to show them what I wanted). I wouldnt even be opposed to going with a 9mm. If it matched my needs. I want reliability, high capacity, and easy to store. If the price gets to high, Ill probably just go with a Sig MPX at that point. I took one of their cards..." Now here it is July 17, 2017, almost an entire month later, and they havent even bothered returning my email. I would never buy anything from a company that doesnt even care enough to send a reply email. I buy several firearms each year because I am a collector, but it wont be from this business. Even a reply to say, we dont have time to help, we dont care to help, or buggar off is better than no response whatsoever.

I called around to several gun stores today inquiring about a particular rifles.The one thing that set them apart right off was how M&M treated me on the phone. They were very prompt and professional while taking the time to genuinely ask me questions. I could tell they were busy just hearing the customers in the background. They still made me feel like my time was important even though I wasnt at the store. I went to the shop a few hours later and was greeted right as I walked in. I told them I had called a few hours ago, they not only remembered me calling, they used my last name when I told them I called earlier. Totally impressed with you guys ! They took care of me today and for that I will move my future business to them ! Thank you !

Yesterday I went to M &Ms for the first time shopping for a new gun that I had looked at at other places. They were very friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing the gun and they asked if I knew how to disassemble the gun. Ive bought a lot of guns and I dont recall anyone ever caring enough to ask me this and willing to take the time on a busy Sat afternoon. Anyway, I had a pretty good idea but I said that I did not. Im glad I did because I did pick up a few important tips to make it easier. Overall, a very good experience and they are fairly priced. Ill be back.

I have purchased 3 guns in the last year and have had excellent service each time. The M&P I just bought had issues with the slide locking before the last shell cycled. They test fired it and the gun functioned normal. Regardless, they replaced the guide rod at no cost and said if it continues they will look at it again. I would highly recommend them and will be coming back.

First time in was last week, extremely impressed. I was informed that if I found a weapon on the website to call and inquire about it because they deal with more suppliers offline. Purchased many firearms and must say this is the first place to ever ask if I knew anything about disassembly and cleaning. My new favorite shop. Found this place by accident because it was the only Athlon scope dealer in the area. Its a small shop with the owners running the counter. Because of this you get great answers to questions and their deals are awesome! Looking forward to the free scope mounting when it comes in!
