I have been searching for something pretty specific that all of the larger chain outdoor stores never had in stock. One call to Alpine Shop and they found me it! They were very easy to speak to, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I appreciate that I didnt have to go through phone prompt after prompt like I had to with Bass Pro Shop- ultimately for nobody to ever pick up the phone. I loved the layout of Alpine Shop too- they did a great job making the store warm and inviting and interesting to look at. They were just as nice and friendly in-store as they were over the phone. I know where my fiance and I will be shopping for our outdoor equipment from now on! Thanks again Alpine Shop!
