Sales associate Robert, yesterday was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Personalty being good asset to manager Michael. This store very clean and well managed. Prices higher than most and well worth it. I would recommend West Marine to my friends and neighbors. OH! Happy day when Jesus washed away all my SINS. Jesus is the reason for the season 365 days a year.

Friendly and helpful staff but they have almost nothing in stock. Even common items like chain. They always want to order things but the purpose of a brick and mortar store is to stock items so you do not have to order them. I am willing to pay higher prices if the items are in stock but I can order things online for a lot less than west marine prices
